Similarities to Hay Bales

Nether hay shares a lot of similarities to hay bales, including reducing fall damage, being compostable, and producing banjo sounds when placed under a note block. Unlike hay bales, nether hay cannot be used to feed mobs and placing a campfire on top of a nether hay will not increase its smoke height.
