First Steps

All good estrogen farms start with one vital ingredient: horse urine. This is obtained by right-clicking a horse with an empty bottle. There isn't any cooldown, but please be ethical...

Urine Filtering

Once you've extracted a decent amount of horse urine, use the horse urine bottles on an empty cauldron to fill it up.

When the cauldron is substantially full, right click it with an empty bucket to get a bucket of horse urine. The bucket then can be placed next to a dry sponge to filter it into Filtrated Horse Urine, once again pickup-able with a bucket.

Shake it!

With an amount of filtrated horse urine you are satisfied with, proceed to an empty cauldron once again, this time sided by a piston contraption allowing you to move the cauldron back and forth (or in any direction you so choose it to be) and insert the fluid into it.

Now, you are left with the task of moving the cauldron around until the shaking converts the filtrated horse urine into liquid estrogen! Yes, this is exactly how it's done in real life!
