Lemons can be collected from Lemon Fruit Leaves by pressing the use control on it, yielding 1 lemon when its fruiting. After dropping the lemon on the ground, the fruit leave reverts to its flowering stage.

Block Loot

Lemon Fruit Leaves drop between 1 lemon upon decay or when broken using a tool without Silk Touch, regardless of stage.
