Cut Blue Ice is a form of blue ice that has been cut and is used for building. Like blue ice, it is extremely slippery.
Obtaining
Breaking
Cut blue ice can be mined with any tool, but a pickaxe is the fastest. Unlike regular blue ice, mining cut blue ice without Silk Touch will drop the block's item form. Breaking the block without a pickaxe will drop nothing.
Natural Generation
Cut blue ice will generate in Frostologer Castles.
Crafting
Cut blue ice is crafted from four blue ice blocks.
Stonecutting
Cut blue ice can be obtained from cutting, which is much more efficient than crafting.
Usage
Cut blue ice has the same slipperiness as its vanilla counterpart.
It does not melt when placed near light sources.
Cut blue ice cannot be used to create basalt.
Ice Skating
Cut blue ice is a skateable surface for Ice Skates.
Crafting
Cut blue ice can be used to craft cut blue ice slabs, cut blue ice stairs, and cut blue ice walls.
