Axle is a Rotation transmission block added by [[Mod:PolyFactory|PolyFactory]]. It can be used to connect and transmit rotation in a straight, axis-aligned line without changing it's direction.

Several items can be used on the Axle, converting it into different blocks.

==== Steel Gear ====

When used with [[PolyFactory:Steel Gear|Steel Gear]] it will transform into Axle with Steel Gear. It preserves its default functionality, with additionally allowing to connect to other [[PolyFactory:Steel Gear|Steel Gear]]<nowiki/>s directly next to each other, reversing rotation direction and keeping the same speed and stress, or with a [[PolyFactory:Large Steel Gear|Large Steel Gear]] on diagonals, reversing rotation direction, but scaling speed down and stress up (or vice versa if the rotation source is from the Large Steel Gear).

When used with [[PolyFactory:Large Steel Gear|Large Steel Gear]], it will transform into Axle with Large Steel Gear.
